Kim Aimée van Hardeveld
Within the Together for greener healthcare team, Kim works as a communications adviser and is responsible for all communication related to the programme. She also serves as a communications adviser for the Prevention Programme at Erasmus MC.
After completing her degree in Communication, Kim worked for various national and international brands and organisations in both the commercial and non-profit sectors. Of the past ten years, she spent eight working at a PR and marketing agency before joining Erasmus MC in 2023 as a senior communications adviser. Since February 2025, Kim has been part of the Together for greener healthcare programme team.
Her focus within the programme is on developing and executing the communication strategy and ensuring a consistent and coordinated approach. Her ultimate goal is to maximise visibility among target audiences and thereby increase awareness and encourage behaviour change within the nursing units of Dutch hospitals.
