Kick-off implementation supervisors
On October 31, we started working with the implementation supervisors of Greening Care together with a lot of energy. With 68 of the 70 hospitals on board, we will work together to reduce the environmental impact of hospital care.
The kick-off focused on getting to know each other, learning from each other and laying the foundation for the learning networks. The implementation supervisors play a crucial role in the program:
- They support and guide the Green Nurse Champions in carrying out sustainability interventions in nursing wards
- Maintain an overview of implemented interventions by region
- Form the link between the region and the program team
With practical workshops about implementation, inspiring examples and a strong shared drive to green, we have taken the first step towards structural change.
