In the coming period, nearly all hospitals in the Netherlands will start working on four concrete sustainability initiatives for commonly used medicines: Deprescribing (reducing or tapering unnecessary medicine use) - Switching to more sustainable forms of administration (for example, oral instead of intravenous where possible)
Using the Delphi method, a panel of healthcare professionals will determine the most suitable interventions. We are looking for 60 panel members consisting of doctors and hospital pharmacists who are willing to participate between May and July 2025 by completing three anonymous online questionnaires.
